If this is your first time logging in, click on “Having Trouble Signing In?” and enter the email address you provided to your NDCF Sales Rep. This will send you a temporary password to log in with. Once logged in, Click “Account” in the top right corner, then Click “Password” and Create a New Password for future logins.
To Forward Tickets:
Click on the “My Tickets” tab and choose “Forward Tickets”. The list will show you the different ticket types you have available. From there you can select the specific tickets you would like to forward, choose forward and enter their contact information. Your guests will need to Claim the Tickets once receiving them.
To View Forwarded Tickets:
Click on the “My Tickets” tab and choose “Forward Tickets”. Then click “Forward History” in the top right corner of the Select Tickets section.
